Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program

The SINP offers provincial nomination pathways for eligible applicants who intend to live and work in Saskatchewan.

Worker categories

Current worker categories include International Skilled Worker and Saskatchewan Experience. Eligibility depends on the applicable subcategory, occupation, employment, qualifications and supporting evidence. Check current sector and intake rules before applying.

Closed entrepreneur and farm pathways

Saskatchewan permanently closed all Entrepreneur and Farm immigration pathways effective March 27, 2025. Older entrepreneur eligibility guides should not be used to plan a new application. Existing applicants must follow the province’s applicable instructions.

Selection and federal assessment

Review the official eligibility and application guidance against your circumstances. No immigration consultant receives a provincial immigrant quota. A nomination does not guarantee federal permanent residence approval.

We speak English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil.

Our Windsor team can review your circumstances and documents and explain the services available under an agreed retainer. Government authorities decide applications; eligibility, invitations and approval are not guaranteed.
