New Brunswick Immigration

New Brunswick offers provincial nomination pathways for eligible applicants who intend to settle in the province. The Atlantic Immigration Program is a separate pathway.

Current provincial pathways

The official provincial directory lists Skilled Worker, Express Entry, Strategic Initiative and Business Immigration streams. Review the current guide and important notices for your stream before preparing an expression of interest or application.

Selection and eligibility

Employment, occupation, language ability, education and provincial connections can affect eligibility and selection. Current invitation rounds reflect provincial priorities; an expression of interest does not guarantee an invitation.

Before you submit

Check applicable employer requirements, supporting evidence and submission deadlines. Provincial nomination and federal permanent residence assessment are separate steps. Do not rely on older stream names or fixed processing promises.

We speak English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil.

Our Windsor team can review your circumstances and documents and explain the services available under an agreed retainer. Government authorities decide applications; eligibility, invitations and approval are not guaranteed.
