Provincial Nominee Programs
Provinces and territories nominate eligible applicants who intend to settle there and meet local economic priorities. A nomination is a step toward permanent residence, not permanent residence itself.
Two application routes
Express Entry-linked nominations require eligibility under an applicable federal Express Entry program. Other nominations use the non-Express Entry federal process. The province assesses nomination; IRCC assesses permanent residence and admissibility.

Plan before applying
Each stream has its own employer, experience, language, education and selection requirements. Intake and priorities can change. A job offer, expression of interest or minimum score does not guarantee selection.
Our Windsor team can review your circumstances and documents and explain the services available under an agreed retainer. Government authorities decide applications; eligibility, invitations and approval are not guaranteed.
