Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP)
The MPNP offers provincial nomination pathways for eligible applicants who intend to settle in Manitoba. A provincial nomination does not itself grant permanent residence. Applicants must complete the applicable federal process.
Program streams
The main streams are Skilled Worker, International Education and Business Investor. Skilled Worker pathways consider eligible workers in Manitoba and overseas. International Education is for eligible Manitoba graduates; graduation from another province does not establish eligibility for this stream. Business Investor pathways have separate business requirements.
Before submitting
Confirm the applicable pathway, current criteria and intake instructions. The expression-of-interest ranking system applies to pathways under Skilled Worker and International Education. An expression of interest is not a guarantee of an invitation or nomination. Review your Manitoba connection, employment, education, work experience and language results against the official requirements.
English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil support
Our Windsor office offers consultations in English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil. മലയാളത്തിൽ സേവനം ലഭ്യമാണ്. We can review your circumstances, explain the applicable requirements and discuss representation. Government authorities decide all immigration outcomes.
